Wow. That’s 100% Wrong. You havent read the court ruling nor understand it.
Romney has consistently opposed SSM.
The flip-flopper on this issue is Obama.
The correct answer to the question is “No”.
No, that is what he has consistently said. But, signing gay marriage into law in Massachusetts indicates he is a liar.
Courts can’t force legislators into creating laws, period.
Good point. Now we know what he was really talking about with “forward”.
I think that the idea for Obama’s “Forward” and MSNBC’s “Lean Forward” were hatched at the same meeting by some of the same people.

A court has no legal authority to force legislators into making laws.
