Before he is done I fully expect him to release the names, addresses and phone numbers of anyone anywhere in the world who has ever provided any information to agency workers.
The damage to US intel will last multiple generations.

Congratulations, boys! You just reinvented the wheel. It’s nothing new; there are (were) some stations overseas where DIA (Military Attache Officers) were integrated. In other stations, the CIA people didn’t think a lot of their military counterparts and vice versa.
The “new spy agency” is off to a ridiculous start. They’ll publish names of agents next. Happy spying!
Poison Photo-Drop .. decision to release photographs .. will imperil nation .. its defenders.

Regarding “With DIA already in existence....”
A friend of mine who works for DIA said the folks there were just told that there was going to be a 20% cut in personnel. This is a cut of actual people, not of vacant billets.
When they point the blame now, they’ll have to take off boots and socks to point some toes also.
Aside from the sheep-dipped folks, CIA is ridden with liberal, beard-stroking liberal idiots.
Roll all the sheep-dipped operators into this new monstrosity, and then fire ALL the CIA would-be-soc profs remaining —they can be parking-lot attendants, or something.
Or better yet, axe this new idea and just fire all the non-military derived folks from CIA and keep it so that they actually DO (good) stuff.
Still, this is piling on.
Q: Why do we need new agencies, when we already have established agencies?
A: Because as the established agencies, which were once new, fill up with bureaucrats, bloat with regulations and rules, they lose their effectiveness. Rather than fixing them, government just adds another layer, like and onion grows, skin by skin. The new layer is great for about 5 years, and then it too succumbs to what ails all the rest.
This makes no sense. They already have the DIA...
