I apologise for posting this squib from NEWSMAX. The reason is that it mentions the other heavy hitter besides George Soros who many believe hs been very influential in creating the trojan horse presidency of BHO. Prince Alwaleed bin Talal. Please research all you can on this man. Kagan's relationship to BHO through Harvard Law is well known. The linkage of Prince Alwaleed to these characters much less so. The resources that Soros and Prince Alwaleed can exploit are enormous and range across the spectrum from buying favorable media coverage to executing necessary wetwork to povide cover for their assets. Research the James Gwaltney murder in Arkansas to get a taste of what forces are now close to having a powerful permanent grip on the Republic.

Where is the list of Republicans who voted to approve this
wretch? THEY are every bit as evil as Kagan. We all knew who she was!

If there was an opposition party to the democrats people like her, and others, would be impeached.

Barring a full-press conservative revolution or CWII, we’re going to have to look at her fat lesbian ass for the rest of her natural life.

First, thanks for the link. But the post says it comes from Newsmax. I went to Max and searched on “Kagan”. Nothing. Then I went to your link. It works, but says it is not the original source. It refers you to the ever-popular website: http://emailactivity.ecn5.com
I’m no Kagan fan, but this story reeks.

We need to collect all that we can on this important scandal.

Most RUPUBs just go through the motions in approving Dem presidential appointments. It is just boring stuff that takes away time from making deals and peddling boons and maybe getting their fat faces on CNN. Dems view presidential appointments seriously, as they should, and as an opportunity to destroy the reputations of any one like Justice Thomas, who rebels against the necessary political order and to embarrass a Republican president. For Dems power is everything and money is just one of the secondary benefits of holding power. For the Dems politics is war by other means and they take every event as at least a skirmish with their enemies. GOPers are just in politics to serve interest group politics and local interests and their egos. A leader such as Reagan is a fluke produced by a unique juxtaposition of events and personality. And even Reagan couldn't get the congressional GOP to be really serious about damaging the Dems permanent government of regulators and social welfare bureaucracies.

Take hope in the fact lesbians die a lot sooner than normal women do, statistically speaking. On average late fifites to early 60s.

Reagan even had to fight Dole on the tax cuts.

What would you say if...... I'd say "It doesn't surprise me in the least".
Nor does it surprise me that the gutless Republican leadership did nothing to stop her confirmation.

The Rebuplicans did not have the numbers to block the vote for her confirmation. Can’t blame this on Republicans. Has anyone ever been taken off of the bench? How would it be done?

You are technically correct. But the REPUBs would never have the guts to launch an attack onKagan as the Dems did on Bork. A relentless drumbeat of angry attacks by a different Repub senator each day. Pseudo events such as ‘news conferences’ by groups called the ‘Constitutional Scholars association’ or some such. Even the lamestream media will cover events if all hell is raised on Capitol Hill and the Repubs had thick enough hides like Limbaugh to say ‘shove it’ to the push back from the Dems. This kind of brass knuckle warfare is the only thing that will ever really beat the Dems on Capitol Hill. But, you have to want to win most of all first and Repus don’t as they are largely weak and greedy pansies.

This is the sad truth.

The impeachment process is almost identical to the process for a president: articles drawn up in the House and only a majority required. Then the Senate tries the justice with the Chief Justice presiding and a 2/3 vote required for removal. Only been done once, I think, back in Jefferson’s time (don’t remember the name) and failed in the Senate.
