Of even more interesting possibilities is that the “kid” was carrying a box of Skittles he already had on him.
Look up Skittles Party on wikipedia— a party where punks bring a skittles box full of prescription narcotics or stimulants for games at the party. Maybe he didn’t go to a 7-11 at all, despite what the affidavit said.
This is a legal firm in Tally. There are douches of the highest order. They had the right phone #s.
Tox. Reports mean nada. 50% of the kids his age smoke week. Doesn’t prove negligent behavior.
Just curious-—this was a “gated community” wasn’t it? If so, most of those communities that I have come across were either “manned” by someone in a gatehouse, or at the least a literal gate that you used either a key pad or some other method to gain access. So if that’s the case, unless he lived there or had friends who invited him, wasn’t he trespassing?
Maybe there was more than weed?

I wish they’d use this picture of Trayvon instead of the 5 year one of the 12 year old boy.
There perhaps could be. Not sure if its an issue. Just a piece of the puzzle..
I don’t think you’ve been paying attention.
Trayvon was staying with his dad, who was living with his girlfriend there. He had every legal right to be where he was.
Could have been planning to do something illegal, but his actual actions, so far as we know them, were perfectly legal.
he was staying at with his dad at his dad’s girlfriend’s house, in the gated community.
Third possibility: misdirection. Get the attention of security and other employees focused on them, and not noticing their non-attention-seeking confederates who are using the opportunity to steal.
I agree completely.
This is all a setup. There is ZERO chance of Zimmerman being found guilty of 2nd degree murder.
They are setting everything up for riots late this summer when the not guilty verdict comes in.
the 7 11 survellience tapes do show a black man (not a boy) making a similar purchase.
The real question is what took him so long to get home. I don’t know about Stanford, but most 711’s are the place one goes to get one’s drugs....I used to meet all my druggie patients loitering around our “after hours convenience store” when I would pick up milk in the evening after work....presumably they weren’t there buying skittles.
And we keep getting told this was a “gated community”, as if it were full of 1 million dollar homes. No, it was a small community of houses. If it was a gated community, doesn’t that mean security patrols (paid for)?
As for the taking so long to get home. It would be a reasonable thing if he stopped along the way at a bus stop or stayed at the 7/11 while it was raining. Until it cleared up a little. Then again, if someone wants to walk at a slow pace, they can do that was well.
No one was walking around that time. That was about the time the police finished up at the shooting. Martin, was pronounced dead on scene at 1930.
My thoughts also. I always regarded Winter Park as a "gated Community" near Orlando. The 1981 sinkhole where the garage with 6 sports cars fell into the sinkhole.
The correct answer.
I find google and map programs out of date all the time.
Oh, about a half-dozen things. Let's start with the time. 3:00 AM??
Walking two miles in the rain, with $22.00 in pocket to 7-11, buying for a thirteen year old brother and NOT buying anything legal for himself.
The community has more problem then this case. The local CVS was busted recently for selling Oxycontin. In fact the amount sold was 8X (yes, eight times) the normal percription amount for every man, woman and child, that lived in town. Pharmacist said the buyers were even refering to it by its street name. Guess one could say unemployment rates in town have gone up since the raid.
A tox report on Martin was ordered. None on Zimmerman. Report should have been in last week according to some.
