As well it should be. You are a good cat. Cannot imagine judging a person based on their ethnicity or political philosophy.
O’Reilly had a former Florida judge on his show. He said that man slaughter is
basically a civil charge. This isn’t going to be plea bargained. They are going for
big jail time for this guy.
The judge explained the charges as killing with malice, like if the victim threw a
stone at you and you came back with a huge rock and bashed in his head.
They are also questioning whose voice is being heard calling for help. They will
try to discredit the witness and convince him that he didn’t see what he saw and
was confused about who was being attacked and how badly Zimmerman was
being hurt by the poor child, Trayvon.
This is going to be a reverse O.J. trial.
More likely the other way around: She is seeking second degree murder charges so that she need not involve a grand jury, especially one SHE didn't get to seat. (Her territory is up by Jacksonville).
It sounds like solicitation of murder or kidnap to me.
I cannot imagine why the judge would say that. second degree manslaughter is a felony of course and carries a 25 to life sentence. I know this prosecutor knows alot we dont know. That 911 tape is going to hurt him. And we dont know what all the witnesses have said. We will just have to wait and see. I dont think we will see an oj verdict either.
If a prosecutor met with someone who didn't fit "The Narrative" and ZOMG PRAYED with them, the Left and The Media (but I repeat myself....) would have enough cows to re-populate the Great Plains like unto the bison...
Now? **crickets**
Good point. Could be.
Prosecutors don't pray with the involved families.
At least, not professional, non-clown-suit-wearing prosecutors...
Perhaps that's the intent. Charge him, let things calm down and then dismiss it.
Obama gets reelected and we can expect the general lawlessness that pervades Mexico.
The coming race wars will be entirely on the shoulders of Obama and the Democrats. Well, the spineless Republicans are committing the [heinous] sin of omission and deserve to rot for that.
You make a good point, FRiend.
That is absolutely false. Prosecutors are supposed to represent the law, sometimes characterized as “the people,” but never an individual or specific group of individuals. By her own words Corey clearly was saying she was representing Trayvon and his family as “victims.” Totally inappropriate.
In fact lately I seldom turn on a TV and there are four in my house..I was at one time a FOX addict but am no longer, don't even miss it...
and politics have lately given me a bad taste and so will not waste my time with RNC nor DNC conventions this time around...will work in the garden to provide fresh veggies for my family and friends...
Our justice system is being held hostage by Jesse & Co.
Your right and it will darned hard to protect yourself no matter how much your life might be in danger. Back to the old throw down weapon!
No, i said that it would be a reverse OJ verdict. They will convict as a matter of social justice.
They are making all the claims that we have heard over and over again in the media, that we don’t know that it was Zimmerman calling for help, that he had malicious intent, etc, etc. There is no way in the world that Zimmerman is going to get anywhere near a fair trial, especially after Obama came out with his prejudicial remarks.
This looks very, very bad for the country. This looks like Obama is using this case for nothing but an election issue. What is so scary, is that if they can do this to Zimmerman, they can do it to you or anyone else. Trump up the charges and twist the evidence.
Too risky. DNA and prints.
I'll stick to the 3S treatment if need be, especially the "shut up" part.
Totally horsecrap.
It's a term you used.
I believe the victim was Zimmerman. Big difference. No?
You might hoodwink some here, but not me slick.
"Zimmerman clearly committed an act that, in the absence of some legal justification, constitutes second-degree murder in Florida. The only issue in the case, then, is whether Zimmerman was legally justified. "
This prosecutor and her team did, and Mr. DallasSun thinks this is perfectly normal on a professional level.
In a world gone mad.
