LOL! This woman is sooooo full of s***! Hopefully there won't be a mob of people converging on this McDonald's to tear it apart.
I’ve been in that McDonalds, and would not leave anything valuable unattended there for two seconds.
I gots a lawyer who says I got a good case. Mickey D's gotta pay for not protecting my stash-away place!
Gee, she’s a lovely gal, ay?
This story gets stranger and stranger. I predict the woman, if her story is true, will be forced to share the winnings with everyone in the pool.
Life is hard, it’s even harder when you are stupid.
It’s a McDonalds, NOT a safety deposit box at a bank.
If her ticket doesn’t get really stolen in the end.
I'm sure a Jury Of Her Peers will agree with you. Ha ha.
the co workers she is trying to stiff might think about getting a voodoo doll and some stick pins....
"..sssss..it's hidden in...sssss...her bra...sssss...under left boob..sssss...I'm going in..sssss"
That’s 7.5 million after being split 14 ways. That’s not enough for her?
Whether or not she’s telling the truth, she will have a very rough life after this if she doesn’t make some kind of effort.
This is the same woman who stated that she bought the winning ticket with the “lucky dollar that she found on the floor at McDonalds”.
If the lucky dollar was on the floor at McDonalds and she picked it up and kept it, would that not be theft. Does this mean that the winning ticket belongs to McDonalds?
Really can’t think of a safer place than a Baltimore McDonalds.
I still think it’s an April Foo Day joke that hasn’t reached it’s expiration date quite yet....
LOL it doesn’t pass the smell test.
Guilty! I think it’s something about the Haitian culture that makes them scammers. There’s one who lives in my neighborhood and she was a big scammer—even got arrested for mortgage fraud. Of course she blamed her husband, but her brother got busted too.
Really cant think of a safer place than a Baltimore McDonalds.
She needs to spend some of her money on a new hair-do.
IIRC there is case law on this (the money not the ticket) I remember reading about a case where someone found a packet of money on the floor of a Fast Food Restaurant. (around 5K IIRC) It was found on the floor near the rest room. It ended up being awarded to the finder who was a customer. The owner of the establishment put in a claim for it but could not prove it was his and the ruling stated "finders keepers" because it was in a "public area" of the establishment.
