He only apologized because he published the wrong address.

Apology NOT accepted. Spike still has evil intentions against the real George Zimmerman. And unless and until he apologizes for his idiot intentions to harm the real victim (Zimmerman) then Lee has not done enough.

At a minimum, Lee was criminally negligent when he tweeted the wrong address. If the couple had been physically harmed, Lee would be guilty of attempted murder. If they had died, Lee would be guilty of second or third degree murder. If the address were correct and Zimmerman was killed by a modern day lynch mob, Lee would have been guilty of abetting a first degree murder.

Question: For which of the above felonies is a monetary sentence or an apology appropriate?

financially, he acted fast to quash the problem...smart idea...saved himself a million or so...
