I’m wondering... Do you think Obama and the Dems would be brazen enough to still carry through with implementing Obamacare, mandate and all, if the Supreme Court were to strike it down. If Obama and the Department of Justice decided to take a defiant “well, we’re going to do it anyway, so try and stop us” position, what would happen?
The Republican RINO’s would have just given the money to their supporters instead, so that’s a wash.
The financial regulations will be repealed.
And DADT can be reinstated by the next Republican president too.
Like I said the Democrats threw all their power away for nothing.
