It shows that if Obamacare is fully implemented, hospitals eventually will get paid less than 40% of what private health insurance pays for inpatient services. This is an official projection by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services actuary!

sorry incorrect ALL health plans have a out of network payment clause in the benefits that pays for er and urgent care and inpatient,outpatient visits and office visits if required.
