The article did say instead of eating larger quantities of sausage and bacon etc to eat more fish and chicken.

I eat round steak and gravy nearly every night, and have only made it to age 85. If I had eaten only veggies, would I have made it to age 200?

Eating steak increases the risk of dying by 12%. I always just assumed that the risk of dying was up around 100% no matter what. Who knew?
