I am sorry, but Ron Paul reminds me of an adolescent who makes provocative statements to get a rise out of his parents.
He’s not just a Nut....he’s a dangerous Nut.
Let’s face it. In your guts, you know he’s nuts. The man’s ideology prevents him from seeing anything contrary to his views. He’s really a Benedict Arnold because, like Arnold, his own ambition trumps his loyalty to the US. This noneffective loon with zero accomplishments in congress is further to the Left than Obama on foreign policy. He’s the champion of perverts, pot heads, anti-American popinjays.
Ron Paul. Anti-Semite. Stormfront ally. 9-11 Truther. Isolationist. Muslim apologist. Ally of George Soros.
No thank you.
Its sad that so many don’t understand the difference between libertarian and conservative....
What’s amazing is that the admirers of Ron Paul on FreeRepublic never come to defend him when his deficiencies are pointed out.
They simply ignore them, which tells you that the issues surrounding those deficiencies really aren’t that important to them, and furthermore, they really aren’t conservatives.
They won’t budge, but they expect you to budge.
I lean libertarian, let me channel Frederick Hayeck to Ron Paul: You sir, are no Austrian.
Every day Paul becomes more dangerous and more delusional than the day before.
There is respectable Libertarianism and then there is the Run Paul dumbed down type. Paul’s is the Right Wing hippy type that turned Ayn Rand off. It’s for people who care passionately about ideas but not a wit about the their consequences.
Good grief, there actually is someone claiming to be a Republican who is actually as STUPID as Obama.
May they both rest in pig s**t in a vault in Mecca someday.
The Iranians tried to revolt against the tyrants who would sacrifice their lives while hiding in a bunker. No one came to their aid... I think the everyday Iranians may not be the death to America crowd we are shown by their media.
I defy you to tell me they're not the same person.
Paul is talking about their leadership, specifically in context in this video, those who are heading the military and have nuclear ambitions. He isn’t talking about the students and people who try to uprise. In other words, he is talking about having empathy for the very people who have massacred the very people you describe.
Cute attempt at spinning though.
I don’t know ...
I’ve personally known young Iranians, who just want to be free, just like you and me. Their regime is terrible. Their young people feel powerless.
I don’t think talking about war with Iran is going to win in this presidential election in 2012. I think it’s a loser issue.
Blowing up an unarmed scientist was not something I’m particularly happy about. Flame away.
See post 15.
Students aren’t the ones ordering naval and military movements. Students aren’t the ones with ‘nuclear ambitions’
The people in Iran who does that (who Paul says we should emphasize with) are the people who massacre the people you describe when they try to rise up.
He’s not nuts. He knows exactly what he’s doing and what he’s saying. He’s been saying it all for 40 years, practicaly verbatim.
That makes him evil.
And it makes the Republican Party complicit in whatever damage he’s able to do. He should have been treated like the rat in the kitchen that he is a long, long time ago.
Same goes for his fraud son.
Who blew him up and why?
