We’ve been freezing without heat for 8 days. Furnace repairman is finally digging into it. Thank Heaven the heat exchangers were under warranty. Appears previous “service tech” did not screw them back down after he was done.

Afternoon, all. Had a rest for about an hour, although Jake abandoned for the better sunbeam in Bill’s room. Then dropped Tom off at his ride to a class on soil analysis and took five other kids to the library and Walmart. Now I need to combine my taco-filling ingredients (cooked earlier) and then I’ll put my feet up and have a Restorative.
62 and still sunny, for another hour or so.
