Meanwhile, the Tea Party movement needs to complete its takeover of the GOP. This is no time to be wasting resources on a new conservative party.
I was always a member of NY's Conservative Party when I lived in NY, until Fred Thompson had his name in the GOP primary in 2008. I changed my registration at the October deadline in 2007. I wound up voting for Romney because Thompson already dropped out.
If Romney gets elected, and I hope Romney doesn't get the nomination, and the GOP has both houses of the next Congress, there can be no repeats of GWB's No Child Left Behind and Medicare Part D! We're broke!
P.S. Trump is a brandname and a hairdo. I can't see Bloomberg taking votes from the right, only from the ignorant moderates and independents. Bloomberg, currently registered as an independent, was a lifelong, hardcore lefty before he became a RINO.
I'll be happy to vote on the pro-business side, regardless of important areas in which I may disagree with the pro-biz candidate.
Fight the ideological battles in the primaries and, in the general election, simply pull the pro-biz lever. That's my plan.
Through apathy, indifference, and dependence upon the government, we're about to be, once again, enslaved.
The RINO GOP can suck the snot form my nose for all I care.
Want to replace Obama? Do it with a candidate I can support. No Doles, No McCains, NO RINOS!
NO MORE!
I’ll take the pledge, as long as it’s not Paul.
Romney? I might hold my nose. Note that I did say might.
Paul? Gack, that is not even a choice. It’s either stay home or move to Israel.
After Virginia, no-vote. No Nazis (not even the crypto- kind), no commies, no affirmative action candidates (no fascism), no globalists—no socialists of any kind.
I will never support Romney or Paul...not in primary or general.
In fact, GOP, I will actively work against him if he gets the nomination. I’m betting I personally can influence up to a thousand votes in Ohio.
I will support any 3rd party candidate who is a pro-life, pro-God, pro-gun, pro-American exceptionalism, pro-Israel, pro-constitution, pro-fiscal sanity conservative.

-- John Quincy AdamsAlways vote for principle, though you may vote alone, and you may cherish the sweetest reflection that your vote is never lost.
If Romney is the nominee in the general election next year, maybe I’ll write in “Ross Perot.”
I think we need to nominate a tea party candidate and get independents on board.Screw the GOP.I am sick of the dog and pony shows.Dems win ruin everything GOP wins they only show nads when town halls happen and they are forced too..Dems win, GOP wins. They all say -every time- that they will close the borders and do term limits and stop spending.AND NOTHING CHANGES.Rinse and repeat rinse and repeat.
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.IT IS INSANE.
Go tea party! We can do online nominating.
I took the pledge in 1972.
I’ve voted for the GOP nominee in 10 straight national elections.
My unrequited political prayer is that some way, somehow, the Democratic Party will commit suicide before the Republicans do.
I mean, if the Soviet Union can collapse, a Conservative can always dream.
I've been down this road before. In 1992. I supported Perot. I was wrong. I won't get fooled again.
Agree and AMEN. Before I'd ever vote for a third party candidate again we'd have to have runoff elections in place for public offices. Basically, anybody and everybody in the building in those pubby debates including the janitor and the guard dog would be a gigantic improvement over Barrack Obama.
And this would be if it actually is real decision next November; and not a armchair one now.
Decisions, decisions....
A 3rd party candidate is just as much a threat to Obama as it is to the GOP nominee.
