This is not a court of law-nice try.

Yes and who is denying him that?

You, and the other defenders of those involved in this case, are the true liberal's here, acting like people can't reach moral conclusions unless there is a legal decision first.

And it needed a power with the reach and clout of the Kennedy Mafia to pull off such a whitewash. A football program? I’d wonder if there was more, like powerful drug dealing, to stifle normal reactions to the dozens of alleged instances of “OMG that coach just buggered my kid.”

You can call on the executioners but not the court that always goes before them on real life. Nice job if you can get it.

Yes, Sandusky is LEGALLY innocent, we can all agree on that.

But don't try to defend him on these threads as if this is a court room-it isn't.

Why should legal processes as we have known them bother to be entertained at all? Let’s get democracy here, the finger wagglers clearly have the demagoguery here and as #Occupy has shown us, they are equivalent.

And we’re looking at not just in the technical sense now, but that it is very possible the case against him will fall apart in the courtroom, without even Melvin Belli for the defense, and the judge himself will direct a not guilty verdict.

And the witnesses to the showers will have seen just that — showers. Weird perhaps, the kind of thing you might expect to see a fond dad but not a coach do, but yet not rising to the level of tort or crime.

If Sandusky has buggered even one kid, I hope the kid shows up and testifies to it. The scandal has opened Sandusky as wide (pun not intended) to being exploited for that purpose as he could ever be. There’s no reason the kid should not try if he had been buggered.

No one is denying that Sandusky be tried, what we are defending is the right to make moral judgments.

And we don't need to have sanctimonious people tell us that making a moral judgment doesn't represent conservative values.

Sandusky will get his day in court, as he should.

No one has said otherwise, so stopping trying to insiniute that those who want justice done, have a 'lynch mob' mentality.

That is the Left's favorite tactic to avoid making moral judgments.

Again, this is not a court of law, is it alright with you if people discuss the case and come to conclusions?

You say that you BELIEVE he is guilty, but seem want to deny the right for anyone else to discuss WHY they think he is guilty.

True, all of his defenders want to hide behind the concept that he is due his day in court, as if anyone had denied that.

They confuse the courtroom with the court of public opinion and then lecture us.

If JLS thinks he is innocent, I am sure he would have no problem having his own children and grandchildren around him.

After all, he hasn't been convicted of anything.

Yes, we shall see, so what is your point on trying to lecture us on that fact?

No, most posters agree that he should be tried and convicted in a court of law

But thank you for telling us that fact, as if we need you telling us.

Again, another individual telling us we can't reach moral conclusions unless there is a trial.

We can all agree he should be tried.

Once again, I haven't seen any posts saying he shouldn't be tried for his crimes.

But can we agree that he is at least a pervert, from his own lips, saying he takes showers with young boys or is that too much also to assume as well?

I believe that the strings are being pulled, the witnesses are being intimidated, and the favors called in to get him out of it. He did not have to put up any money to be released from jail, if he was ever locked up. The judge who did this is affiliated with his organization and should have recusedherself. But she did not. As demonstrated at the PSU game, the perverts have public support. I would say: Other than it being covered up again, do not look for much to happen to the crowd of perverts and degenerates. Also, if the victims continue to make noise, look for them to be destroyed in some manner.

The tendrils, like octopus arms extend too far and into too many high places. As the judge that freed him demonstrated, degenerates protect and cover up for each other. On the other hand, if it had been an ordinary run of the mill citizen that was alleged to have done this, well, that would be a horse of a different color. He would never see daylight again. He would be locked so far back in the jail he would not get the Sunday paper until Thursday morning.
