So Sandusky was a ped, there were witnesses, it was an open secret at the Penn State administration and athletic department, and yet nobody on the paper, even the sports guys, knew anything, heard anything, saw anything, suspected anything for all those years. Right.
No, sorry. I think these guys were probably as much a part of the Happy Valley good old boys’ network, as much a part of the problem, as anybody at the university.

The other is a Republican, so no rules apply.
Welcome to today’s Media, and it’s versions of “truth”.
But when compared to the Philadelphia Inquirer or the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, it's a lot more to the center of the truth.
That being said, they did get a whole lot of grief from everyone around here, who worshiped at the alter of JoePa and his Beaver Stadium cathedral.
Just look at the comments they got when they published this story back in April.
Imagine if the officially dead prosecutor Gricar resurfaces at some point. I would pay money for the privilege of taking that deposition.
