Makes me really wonder why I bother watching it sometimes.
I did enjoy going to the races last weekend, but not near as much as I used to. I know part of that is because I don’t have my partner with me anymore and that we used to take the kids and grandkids, but there more to it than that.
Nascar’s idiotic decisions on car changes, the whole cornholio thing, and now catering to a political stunt than in no way represents the political opinions of race fans.
Well, at least Kobalt tools come from the good China.

Clicked on the Mooshell Grand Marshall article this AM and have been wretching all day.
Decorum probably dictates that she will be roundly boo’d at the race, considering that the nominal Nascar Fan is not a fan of her hubby.
Shame on Helton and Nascar for injecting politics and dirty politics at that.

Saw John/Cindy McCain (politicking) at the New Hampshire race in ‘08. He gave a short speech in pre-race ceremonies to a mixed reaction. Being the G.M. and giving the command is a whole different can of worms. What are the handlers thinking???
