I have to disagree. I work in an office of moderate Dems and all but one die-hard Obama worshiper love Cain specifically because he isn't a politician. These are all well educated business people, they are just old-school dems. You would be surprised how many in the middle or even middle-left are sick of both Obama and politicians in general. That's what Cain brings. From the business world they know, he may not be the one to tickle ears but he is the one to know how to put up a measurable action plan with goals, and show a ROI. Things I doubt Obama even knows the definition of.
The problem is he’s not naturally funny. Any good lines he used today were handed to him by his writers and handlers. Of course, I didn’t think he was funny today either but that’s just me!
I’ve seen Perry many times in person down here and he is funnier and far more personable than he has come across lately. IMHO, either he is still on a lot of pain meds for his back, he is being poorly coached, or age caught up to him quickly (or he really doesn’t want to run, he was talked into it- I actually didn’t think he would when people were speculating..)
Look up some videos of him speaking to early Tea Party events.
I was at a fundraiser for him for his second run for governor at a friend’s ranch and he had the place rolling at dinner. It was all off-the-cuff too, mostly jokes about hunting because we all went shooting that afternoon as part of the event.
Well, given my background I’m probably not going to be rolling in the aisles over hunting jokes.
I’ve always thought he seemed a reluctant candidate. Of course, I also didn’t know who he was until August!
LOL!
I’ll make a deal with you: you stop trolling Herman Cain and I’ll stop posting to you.
Otherwise, you post lame BS about Herman Cain and I’ll post to you and I’ll post about you as much as I damn well want.
STOP POSTING TO ME!

Stop replying and I’ll stop posting to you. Funny how that works. I do realize, however that intelligence and good sense are hard to come by in the Perry supporter circles, but I do have high hopes for you to learn as you go.
This putting numbers after posts is interesting. What do I get? Three strikes? What happens after the third? Inquiring minds want to know!
