By their comments on the page, looks like being pro-life, pro-family, pro-gun, pro-constitution, pro-limited government, pro-liberty is an extreme position for the readers of Fox News Nation. Strange, it matches up pretty closely to the official GOP party platform. People with these views used to be called patriotic Americans.
Well guess we'll just have to be happy as gun-toting, bible-thumping, bitterly clinging extremists. I've been called worse. Karl Rove, FOX & Co, can shove their RINO du jour where the sun don't shine!!

Thanks Jim for drawing a conservative line in the sand. No more political insider preordained faux conservative candidates. We had the same choice in 2008 with Juan McCainiac and we see how that worked out. People who say that Romney is the best chance to unseat Obama on the 2012 election don't even realize if the election comes down to voting for either Obama or Romney, they've already been outmaneuvered and played by the liberal system either way.

Mit Romney is the only guy they can throw out there that
Obama can cheat and beat and no one would notice. Any one
else, other than McCain, the cheating would be obvious. All
the libs have to do is get it to 1-4% margin, then they
can cheat the rest. Can it be proven that Romney and
Huntsman are not liberal ringers?

You are correct JR, we’ve had enough of RINOs running as conservatives, then destroying anything conservative when elected. Politco and romney supporters can go pound sand.

What if I am an ABO (Anyone But Obama) voter, and Mitt gets the nomination?
I'm sorry, but I will have to vote for the creep just like I had to vote for McCain (and then went home and showered.)
Notice above I said voter and not supporter. There is a big difference.
Jim, please consider this situation and what your stance will be. It could very well happen, and we need a strategy (not one that involves a third party.)
We want steak but we may have to settle for beans and rice in order to oust Obama and give the country a fighting chance.
Curious about your thoughts on this. (Please don't ban me!)

It is amazing how anything and everything can be painted as extremist.
Up is down, black is white, 2 + 2 = 5.
This is right out of 1984, and I feel a lot like Winston Smith.
Here is hoping for a different ending.

What will happen to the message boards @FR if Romney becomes the GOP nominee?
To: Jim Robinson
Thanks for the forum Jim!
Patriotic Americans, like those found here and the T.E.A. Party are portrayed as racist, violent & extremist.
Then when the Occupy Movement is documented as being made up of Anti-American, Anti-Capitalist, Communist & Marxist with support from the likes of Hugo Chavez and Imanutjob, they are the ones portrayed as great Americans.
I pray 2012 will be the biggest Republican landslide in History, shoving the MSM propaganda right up their ass.

I am with you 100 percent Jim.
Romney symbolizes EVERYTHING that is wrong with the Republican Party, he epitomizes the entire 'well it's his turn' mentality that gave us Presidents Dole and McCain. With those RINO bastards, the only assurance We The People have, is that "the fix is in", and a Romney nomination means an automatic re-election for that Kenyan SOB currently stinkin' up the White House.
In even simpler terms, what those RINO elites don't understand is that some idiot like Mitt-Witt who doesn't even have the common sense to put the luggage on the roof rack, and the family's Irish Setter inside the station wagon, but chooses to strap the poor hound to that roof rack for a 12 hour trip to Ontario, has NO business in elective office, let alone the highest office in the land.
I join with you in saying to each and every Romney backer (known and below the radar here on FR),

What they don’t get is, it’s your site. And we’re here with you because we, like you, are fed up with Romney and all the anti-conservative republicans who have contributed to the degrading of America we’ve seen over the past few decades.
They’re no better - no, they’re worse - than democrats and liberals. They accomplish the same, but with a semblance of being moderate. There’s nothing moderate about them. They lie, cajole and warp what conservatism is about. They and their ilk have no business on a true conservative site. And I know, and I know you know, that many of us wouldn’t be here if they were welcome.
You have nothing to apologize for. You stand not only for yourself but for us. And don’t let up. Ever.
