Meanwhile in other news in New Jersey a teacher is disciplined for speaking out against homosexuality.

As long as she was expressing her opinion, on her own time - and not trying to express her view in the classroom, then she should be free to do it. HOWEVER, as it was a public interview, she should have declined to give her name and occupation to the reporter ...

I'd think that one of her students would have eventually seen the clip, and a few minutes later emailed the link to the rest of the class.

Let's turn this around: suppose a white teacher had expressed a similar opinion about black muslims -- how long do you suppose that teacher would have been employed (or even alive)?

Once she identified her as a government paid employee, she had the responsibility to curb her language, as she is a representative(albeit an informal one) of the government. Failing to do so by spouting anti-semitic gibberish, brings ill-repute to her profession and the government school system that she represents. She should be fired.

At least, Liz Habib objected to letting the ignorant bigot go on and on. Hirasuna herself should look for another job; while ignoring Jeff’s throat-slitting entreaties, she actually defended the bigot, saying “She believes in what she is saying as fact.”

By letting her go on and on, she allowed the audience to get a good hard look at the face of the "Occupy" movement. Visualize if somebody like this had come to a Tea Party rally -- it would be the main news story for weeks.

I did and guess what the Jewish lady just passed it off and said the media were trying to put down the protests. Amazing isn;t it. The left think that the media is not on their side, that in itself shows how stupid these people are.

The extreme Left thinks the media is in the pockets of the Right, because the media doesn't parrot the extreme left talking points.

But while your Jewish friend may not have admitted it to you, this incident was likely to be a little bit disquieting. If she hears about more incidents of anti-Jewish sentiment from these people, eventually it will be too much to reconcile. Drip, drip, drip ... eventually the dam bursts.

I am shocked that Los Angeles went after this witch. I thought that only Charles Manson could lose his day job in L.A. Maybe there is some hope for California after all.
