The continual "racist" attack on the tea-party supporters is a planned Democrat ploy and Mary Francis Berry openly said it was:
"Tainting the tea party movement with the charge of racism is proving to be an effective strategy for Democrats. There is no evidence that tea party adherents are any more racist than other Republicans, and indeed many other Americans. But getting them to spend their time purging their ranks and having candidates distance themselves should help Democrats win in November. Having ones opponent rebut charges of racism is far better than discussing joblessness."
--Mary Francis Berry--Professor of American Social Thought and History, U. Penn. Former chair of the Civil Right Commission, co-founder of the "Free South Africa Movement," winner of the NAACP's Roy Wilkins Award, the Rosa Parks Award of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, and the Ebony Magazine Black Achievement Award.
Any questions?
What a tiresome, empty, meaningless accusation "racist" has become.
