Check your state laws. Usually the baby daddies do not qualify for welfare, or it is peanuts and working at a gas station for 1 day a week would pay more and disqualify them anyway.

you are right on...those turnpikes were suppose to be toll FREE when they were first constructed...
Pennsylvania Turnpike has an automatic price increase every Jan. of 10%...their fee’s are killers to travelers.
