Why do you think Obama wants a “Department of Jobs”? Once given “power” by Congress, they would start writing “creeping” regulations on hiring practices(quotas) and wages for every business in the USA. The EPA and Dept of Education started small but look at the power they now wield over the populace.
Whatever happened to those days back before the 70’s where you put on good clothes or a coat and tie and presented yourself to your prospective employer to impress him?

When you interview you are SELLING yourself and trying to show the prospective employer just how you would enhance his workforce, sales team, technical team, etc...

Black unemployment is indemic to a culture that refuses to mainstream behavior, speak proper English and dress appropriately for jobs.
Nothing stopping them or anyone else from getting a job, even if they have to move. Maybe they will move a better social environment that rewards hard work and appropriate behavior.

Parents who are deeply involved in their childrens lives.
Parents who expect you to clean your room, be organized, excel at school and do something with your life that is rewarding and makes the parents proud.
That’s what it takes. Hard work.
Now if you really want to make it big, you need a dream. Then you can work hard and smart.
It allows you to intersperse your life with everything and stimulate your entire personality.
Well she may be correct. Over 90% of blacks voted for Obama, a proportion way outside normal distributions. If can surmise they did so because he was one of them, their unemployment is due to racism.
