Beginning to look like they shot the right person. Apparently the leader of a large group.

What is the pretext which these animals believes justifies burning the city.

Shooting was four days ago (I think). Family claims the person shot was unarmed, father of four children. Peaceful demonstration began next day and quickly turned into riots. One explanation for the riots offered by BBC.

We know that anything from the BBC is not the truth. So we know what they report is not what happened.

Concerning no rioting in poor neighborhoods - That is the opposite of the Los Angeles riots. The rioters primarily destroyed their own neighborhoods. And yes, the fact that we are armed with security police in the better neighborhoods probably made a difference.

Good question ... unknown what the pretext is currently. Opinions are being offered, nothing concrete, as best as can be ascertained.

It is terrible that the UK is not better armed. I ache for those caught up in the riots without arms. The police are at a disadvantage, without arms, in the UK.

They keep on reiterating that 1700 police have been called in. I don’t know if even 10,000 policeman would help.

unconfirmed report from BBC of a 26 year old male being shot in one of the riot areas.

Looks like Scotland Yard’s armored vehicle had best be armed. This is the third night, if a fourth night commences with additional looting and rioting it could go across the entire UK?

I wasn’t there, though spoke with an Office who witnessed the Miami riots and looting, and was deployed in several areas where snipers were deployed. He did not say whether or not the snipers fired. The snipers were under the direction of Military which was deployed in Miami during those particular riots.

Thanks for your concern mate, but i’ve no reason to go into the city centre until Thursday and i’m fairly sure this will have all blown over by then.
