47 years old with junk knees here. While I’m not likely to be running through the woods in running firefights, I do know my way around those woods quietly and can support those who can fight.

I hope you never get thrust into a mess like that. The last time I was confronted with a mugger (at 58) I shocked him with a left hook, then took off running while he fumbled with whatever he was carrying in his pocket (pistol? Knife? I wasn’t going to wait around. Nor was I going to hand over my wallet and complicate my life trying to cancel accounts). I ran into a hardware store and hung out there for a while.
Within two days I was still feeling exhausted and the wife carried me to the hospital where I was diagnosed with 4th stage B-cell lymphoma.
In a way, I’m glad that kid tried to hold me up because I got myself checked out as a result. But I also learned not to let my alligator mouth overload my tweety-bird ass.
Physical politics should be left to union goons and G-20 rioters. Want to see a bunch of bloodied grandmothers lying in the street? Better to hire some security.

People who desire civil war seldom think about the fact that it means sacrificing everything including many of the very young and very old. Its instant 3rd world country.
I’m not looking for combat. In fact I try to de-fuse that kind of talk whenever I hear it. But there is an element here which is chomping at the bit.

A few years ago, I wrote the then US Rep. John Lafalce after I had seen his name on the Democratic Socialists of America’s Progressive Caucus site.
As I had met commie Lafalce before seeing this I had shook his hand.
After reading he was a communist/Marxist I wrote his office demanding my handshake back.
The retard must have thought I was as stupid as the people voting for him.
In the first paragraph of his response he stated that he was not a member of the DSA’s Progressive Caucus.
Then in the third paragraph he stated “I join groups like the DSA’s Progressive caucus so as to understand their views.
Well which was it you lying commie? Are you a member or not. I guess it matters not, as no matter what his answer would be we would know it was a lie.
