Well so what? After all, that’s the NEW WAY of doing things in DC. Vote on a bill to find out what’s in it...take a vote in order to then write a bill based on the vote some time later!!!! That “knowing what you’re actually voting on” stuff went out years ago!!!

There is really only one endorsed plan on the table and...it is the just passed “bi-partisan” “cut, cap & balance” bill which won a convincing endorsement last evening in the House of Representatives!!! House Leader Boehner, along with other Republicans both in the House and Senate best get out on the media waves and stress the success of this passage, since the POTUS and his Democrat Party have produced zilch!!! Now is the time for the Republicans to grasp this issue and get their message out to the American people. You only get one chance and opportunity like this in a lifetime. Get on it, Pubbies, like right now!!!
The thing here is that the House Republicans produced something that is reasonably responsible—It’s not everything I want, but it’s a start.
It now puts the Senate and his Zero-ness in the position of being naysayers with nothing substantive to offer in return.
In all, a good move I think.
First of all, the gang of six plan is so big (600 pages) that they’re going to have to pass it to see what’s in it.
Second, I’ve always thought since spending is supposed to originate in the house, the president has no business putting out a budget. And that goes for both parties.
Just like legislation is supposed to originate in the house. Yet the senate originates legislation all the time.
We’ve got everything ass backwards.

See the Republicans understand, just like the Democrats with the black voters, no matter how bad they stab conservatives in the back.... There are certain conservatives that will always vote for them.
Any Republican congressman that voted to bankrupt our nation (which is basically what this is) should lose their office in 2012. This is just like the TARP. There is simply no excuse.
