Maybe she could babysit for her defense attorney’s kids. He thinks she is innocent and believes in her. /s

Poor girl.Falsely accused (according to many here.)

Maybe the establishment will reward her for the suffering she
has undergone offering book deals, TV appearances, and Penthouse,
or better yet, Hustler photo sessions.

As I said, you defend the jury’s decision, back your position up
by hiring the innocent girl as your babysitter, at the very least.

So panicked she spent a month partying, screwing around, and getting tattooed.

What she said.

How many families have a kid die accidentally and leave the kid in a bag in the woods?

How many people turn an accident into a murder by hiding the body and lying about it for 31 days and spend three years in jail by not reporting it?
I think some people left their common sense out of the jury room.

I believe the whole package (the chloroform, dthe duct tape, the partying, etc.) crushed reasonable doubt, made it so that any story that didn’t start with a murder got to be pretty ludicrous. That said, I can’t blamethe jury for not seeing it that way.

It’s as sure as the sun coming up tomorrow that she did it. But it’s also a fact that the prosecution didn’t get it done. Maybe they never could have.

My guess is she died in the trunk of the car. A horrid accident that she could not admit, hence the drowning theory. Regardless it was accidental. They should have charged her with negligent homicide.
I think the father was somehow involved in the coverup. Plus he’s a scank for cheating during the whole thing...those text messages indicate that he lied regarding River Cruz. I didn’t buy his story at all, or his psuedo suicide letter.

I haven’t seen anyone who thinks her innocent. They couldn’t/didn’t prove their case against her tho, as far as pre meditated murder.

What Tenn and NVA said. Also, consider this: As they noted, a plaintiff would only have to show that she knew Caylee was dead (and she’s admitted so under oath) to collect damages. There wouldn’t be any point to them proving murder (there’s no money in proving she did it) but if someone hand standing to sue her for wrongful death, the burden is way, way lower in a civil suit than in a criminal case. that’s why OJ got off but ended up getting hit with 56 million dollars in civil damages.

Not Guilty? Innocent. Falsely accused! Having a cake and eating it too?

BTW...imagine if Caylee’s shows up out of the woodwork...”You caused my daughter’s death pay up.”

Why, are you going to do something?

I would never harm her, but I think she'd better watch her back. A whole nation knows she killed a 2 year old girl so she could go hook up and get high. Out of 300 million people, there's bound to be a crazy or two.

She got away with murder...until God gets His say. Nobody ever really gets away with it.

And the “family” did what any loving family would do - hid the body after duct taping and so on. Why, anyone would do the same.

GRRRRR

Yeah, Martha McCallum was livid that Casey was smiling and “giggling like a schoolgirl” a few minutes after the verdict. Now, I think Casey is guilty as sin, but if someone falsely accused me of killing my two-year-old and then I was acquiited, I be jumping for joy. the fact that I lost my child wouldn’t make me refuse to be happy that I wasn’t going to be executed for a murder I didn’t commit. One reason I’d be happy is that we might still get the person who really did it.

The chloroform searches were not only not disproven, if I were the prosecutor I’d have the mom in the docket for perjury. Easiest perjury case I’ve seen since Clinton.

What is our country coming to? It is the same lack of critical thinking that got us the likes of Obama.

That's it.

Casey Anthony smiled with delight as she was today sensationally cleared of the murder of her two-year-old daughter Caylee in one of the most controversial verdicts since the OJ Simpson case.

The difference being that there is a small chance that Casey didn't murder anyone. OJ? Not so much.

Not guilty is not the same as innocent. Not guilty simply a legal phrase means that she received a fair trial and could not be shown guilty. Innocent is a moral rather than legal state. See, for example, www.adsense2.com/duvall/innocent.html
