LOL, how about the low complex carbs? How about that if you avoid heavy carbs and eat enough protein and fat, your body doesn't try to store any fat because... it has enough.
But start eating breads, pastries, cakes, pastas... deal's off.

This is news? I’ve been taking resveratrol supplements for the past two years.
I tell people all the time that if their stomach gets upset, they feel food poisoning coming on, etc., to drink at least one tall glass of red wine and they’ll be able to skip the Amoniam D, Pepto Bismol, whatever, over the next few days. Maybe even save their lives.
