“She might know he has a gun, but why onearth would she know what kind?”
Huh? I’m staying at my brother’s place (biz has sucked). I know every firearm in the house, make and model. So does he. So do his teenage kids (and NOT to touch them, even if they could crack the safes). SO DOES HIS WIFE.
Why? Safety 101. If you are in a house with guns, know what guns are there!
Seriously, your statement has no relation to reality.
Yup. A throw down wouldn’t surprise me at all. In fact, at this point, I’ll be suprised if it was NOT a throw down!
Before that she's says her husband went and got his AK-47 (page 3).
And then he says: "And he started like, throwing up." I think she is describing when he was down on the ground. She's running thoughts together.
Before that she’s says her husband went and got his AK-47 (page 3).
= = =
yes, you are absolutely correct. it does say that on page 3.
however, later, she ONLY talks about “big guns” and small ones.
it seems incongruous, that she would specifically use Ak47, especially when the police say it was an AR15.
...the police have been VERY inaccurate, and changed their story MANY times. and it is in their interest, to lie.
later, she CLEARLY makes a distinction, between the “small” gun, her husband purchased at a gun show,
and the “big gun” that she did NOT recognize, being put next to her dying husband by SWAT.
...personally, if page 3 is accurate, i think she was referring to the pistol, and being very ignorant about guns as most people are, she called it (doubly incorrectly) an AK 47.
Vanessa stated more than once that she didnt see a weapon in Joses hands, and referred to the rifle found near his body as the weapon that was thrown right there.
Nobody planted a gun, insisted Preuss. How did he know this?
= = =
...given how distraught the wife was, and her english problems, it is clear to me, that she never saw that rifle, until SWAT planted it beside her dying husband.

STATEMENT OF VANESSA GUERENA - CASE #110503248
Q. All right. Does he, does he have other guns,
like,small guns, like __?
A. Well thats the one I knew he had, a small ones, but, thats I guess he, __, because he got it at the, over there, at the. Whats it called? The, gun show, or something.
Q. Okay.
Q. A, a gun shows?
A. Yeah, thats all I know he had.
Q. Okay.
A. And, I no where, I dont know, what he get that big o gun, I dont know, __ first thing like, __, the SWAT team drop it, or anything __, ____, next, to him. You know what I mean?
Q. Right.
A. And, ...
Q. Right.
A. ...when I saw him in the floor, I was, Jose, whats going on, what is that gun doing on, next to you?
Q. Uh huh (yes).
A. ___ and he was dead, he was, I dont know, because, so, he was, still breathing.
im also curious, if they were wearing sunglasses, and never entered the dark house until after they fired 71 shots, at a man they say was crouching at the end of the hallway, HOW did they see that he had a gun pointed at them?
the helmet cam video footage they released, doesn’t support their own story. (and their lawyer points out they were separated, yet amazingly their stories were identical.
...ignoring the fact, they they were standing around relaxed and talking, for 1 hour and 14 minutes while he bled to death. ...they had PLENTY of time, to coordinate their story, and plant an AR-15, with the curious artistic detail that the safety was on... why would the police themselves deliberately release that odd detail? unless to make the plant more believable.
The entire incident does not pass the smell test.
It was a royal screw-up. A graphic example of an episode of the Keystone Cops.
And “Dupnik” is in charge. What a mess.
Well, first he was crouched. Then he jumped out in front of them pointing a gun. And he said something that he must have yelled very loudly over the flash bangs, tripping lead guy, splintering doorframe, and 72 bullets which the commander dude thought was between 80 and 100. Maybe they lost count when collecting the evidence. It must have been rather depressing to be the one who had to gather the bullets that Jose Guerena fired.
They were wildly inaccurate about being fired upon, and having their shield "riddled with bullets." Their conclusion that the was crouched, aiming at them could be just as inaccurate.
from what I see now,...and it may change, the cops are just being cops. I liked them at one time,...but a new generation IS HERE! Different human, raised and heard and to think a different way, believe in a different God,...even taught there is no God. So...they have no convictions....null and void of repentance! They will be as a fire raining down on the people who they are supposed to protect.
