Oh no. I have family in the Ozarks, now I have to worry about them as this storm moves east. One sister already about has Tablerock Lake in her basement. More rain won't help all the flooding down there.
God please spare the poor folks in Missouri.

Its looking like the most intense portion of the jet stream is pushing farther south into Tx (Lubock to Witchita Falls, then NW to OK City). While 300mb level winds aloft are gale force at 300mb, the hurricane force winds remain over Az.
This is good in that the likelyhood of monster F4 tornado formation is diminished for OK and KS. Jet stream associated wind shear suggest greatest tornado danger at this time to be near Witchita Falls, Tx.

Good call. The storms are weakening in NE OK & NW AR. Areas of rotation are becoming more disorganized.

1169 KB clickable thumb-nail:
Dallas / Ft. Worth area. The jet stream is running parallel to those storms (maybe actually in between the two storms) at about 80 Kts.
