Paul wasn’t saying that using drugs was an exercise of free speech. He was making the analogy that free speech isn’t limited to subjects that everyone agrees on and we don’t regulate speech based on content.
If drugs are “more available today” (your words) than they were before 1910 when they were legal, then what does that say about your wonderful drug war?
