I was born in the 70's and my father's race is listed as negro, but then again that's on my long form, I've never heard of a "short form" until the Marxist was runing for POTUS!

As far as I know, there's the real, actual birth certificate, or there's some other document for bureaucratic convenience that serves the same function for people who...weren't born somewhere where birth certificates are issued, I guess.
