Yes. And then the country might be saved from the southern migration because those jobs "Americans won't do" will be very popular.
Detroit would be a wonderful place if we would just raise taxes on all the rich people.....Hugh Perkins and his usefule idiots on the panel keep telling me so....
“Just like where ever WalMart comes in the neighborhood dies,”
100% false.
“where ever the unions come in the place dies.”
100% true.
“The huge supply of foreclosed homes has made it affordable for many Detroiters to move to the suburbs. It is only a matter of time as their culture engulf them as they have the ring suburbs.”
Exactly. My neighborhood is no longer a neighborhood. It is now just a ‘hood. It is still mixed race, but we are getting the influx of ghetto and white trash idiots trying to “upgrade.” Yet they have brought their crap with them and now we all get to live like slobs.
It is quite maddening.
Everyone is moving to northern Oakland and Macomb counties or Livingston County. The White Flight keeps on pressing out further while the crap diffuses out of the inner city. There’s actually some gentrification going on in Detroit city limits in Corktown and Midtown. You can still nuke the Eastside and Brightmoor from orbit though. Delray is a ghost town.
My parents live north of Brighton and have done so for 10 years. Difficult for the entitlement class to get established out there. No beachhead like Detroit, Flint or Pontiac to spread their cancer out from. The inner ring suburbs are going to hell though.
The blacks want to tear down Greektown because it's existence annoys them. The only vibrant and alive part of the blackest city in the USA is: Greek. The obvious solution is to use the thug-power of the State to abolish it out of existence.
You really have to have dealt with the viciously white-hating Detroit city politicians, many of them the progeny of Coleman Young's decades long anti-white reign of destruction, to believe the social pathology of the criminal politicians who run the city.
