Cmon Donald Trump! Give em your worst!

I never cared much for Donald Trump, but then he started asking questions about where Barack Obama was born. Suddenly, like the title character in Terry Southerns The Magic Christian, he was making it hot for them.
Imagine Mitt Romney ever posing the Politically Incorrect questions Trump is asking out loud. Not in this lifetime, baby.
And the moonbats are responding in their customary manner with ad hominem attacks and frothing vitriol. Hes crazy. Hes a publicity hound (as if, say, Michael Moore isnt). The comrades demand that NBC fire him for his lese majeste a suggestion floated on MSNBC, home of so many diversity-celebrators.
You know Trump is scoring when Auntie Zeituni shows up on at least two local stations Friday night to claim that unlike herself, her nephew is in fact an American. When I first saw her, I assumed it was a human-interest piece on how the impending government shutdown was going to affect illegal aliens on welfare.
But no, Auntie Zeituni was saying Trump should save the money hes spending on private detectives in Hawaii because they wont find anything.
Which is exactly the point, Auntie Zeituni!
Never cared much for his hair, his sexual braggadocio, his checkered, shall we say, business career. Always thought The Apprentice, in all of its incarnations, basically sucked. But this new role is perfect for him a 21st century Ross Perot.
In one of his political almanacs, Michael Barone quoted a Democratic operative as saying that in 1992 Perot served the purpose of departisanizing the critique of Bush.
In other words, Clinton was a proven corrupt sleazy pol, so his attacks on the hapless GOP incumbent could only take him so far. But Perots withering blasts had more credibility because he wasnt a crooked hack.
The Today show would never book a real birther but they did put Trump on. Hes one of the Beautiful People, or was. And Trump smacked Obama on every imaginable issue. Meredith Vieiras jaw dropped. He talked about $7 or $8 gasoline, described Obamacare as a total disaster. He was doing something you seldom see on Today. He was telling the truth.
Trumps been doing the same thing with the agitprop sheet known as The New York Times [NYT]. After an attack by the snoremonger Gail Collins, Trump wrote a snide letter to the editor expressing his great respect for her because she has survived so long with so little talent.
Again, the truth hurts. And then he added, For some reason, the press protects President Obama beyond anything or anyone I have ever seen.
For some reason indeed. Even Sarah Palin has never stepped into that affirmative-action minefield, the free ride that dares not speak its name.
Yeah, Trumps probably going to fade away once May sweeps are over. Sure, hes very weird, with that phobia of his about shaking hands. But as long as hes making it hot for them, theres only one thing left to say.
The enemy of my enemy is my friend.

Backhanded attack against patriot Trump for the
bastard Mitt Romney (backed totally by WRKO, Carr and Soros).
But haven't been able to find that upcoming episode on DirecTv. Does anyone know when it'll be on?
I guess Howie’s new book (out 4/26) will be available as an audiobook (see amazon etc—”Hitman”) but once again someone besides Howie will read it. I haven’t bought Howie’s book yet but am thinking of getting the download from audible.com once it becomes available. Who knows, may get both formats. amazon lists it as “mp3 CD” for $30, “CD” for $35, “cassette” for $58. (I’m an audible gold member—credits are $15/mo. and I just got my credit for Apr. May use it on Hitman, if available)
Acc to amazon: “Keith Szarabajka (Reader)” I think a guy named Michael Pritchard read “Brothers Bulger”
Howie OFF AGAIN? Read the following on HC’s facebook page from a Howie listener:
>>I think that saturday nite must have totally wiped him out, Howie The Hack Mo is taking another WEEK off. He just got back from a freakin vacation, come on. He has become the people he built his career off of insulting and making fun of. Im his biggest fan but jesus two weeks out in the past month? Seriously?
Varicose vein removal?
That may be later this week—Tue.? But he IS on today, for the record. He IS on.
Michele is off all week from her show, though, Jen Brien said.

Is something going on??? I wonder if WTKK is involved in this, someplace, somewhere?
Maybe punishment for Howie’s comment about “improving his situation” that he made right after Severin took the pipe?
???
Don’t know...well, Howie is indeed on this week it seems
though with WEEI carrying Red Sox, RKO gets the Celts including the VERY exciting pre-game show which pre-empted
Howie’s last 1/2 hour on 680.
Oh yes...the VERY exciting pre game show...
Howie must be drooling, thinking about his contract being up next year and WTKK lurking.
he said the episode will be on next week - not sure wich day.
Howie started getting into the Trump/birthcert thing today, finlly...there were some GREAT callers who clarified the info..they brought up Lakin, birth certificate, etc.

GOOD WORK!

Why didnt Deval Patrick dedicate his new book to Tim Cahill?
I mean, without Tim for Treasurer mindlessly muddying the waters last year, Mr. 49 Percent is now just another ambulance-chaser who flunked the bar exam twice before he passed it, and heres the punch line he went to Harvard Law.
Not to mention, Harvard College. And before that, Milton Academy. And yet he still couldnt pass the bar exam?
An Improbable Life, indeed.
Ive written a couple of books myself, you know. But not having the same . . . qualifications as you do, Deval, I havent gotten as far, at least when it comes to book advances. Although of course there is one thing that I have experienced in the book racket that you will never know, despite your de jure advantages over me.
I have cashed a royalty check; several, in fact. That is something you will never do. Because you will never, ever make back your $1.35 million advance.
Right now on my new book Im awaiting my usual six or seven negative reviews from the Globe after all, I am from Massachusetts and I did go to a public college, which means Im not Good People. But last weekend you got a lukewarm review, and for the Brandy Alexander-sipping, Yankee-cap wearing crew on Morrissey Boulevard why, its practically hate speech.
Still, Im going to give you some advice, Deval. Youre going to have to do at least a few book signings.
These appearances are not exactly going to be barn-burners. What did certain department stores used to say about a certain newspaper publisher? Your readers are our shoplifters.
Deval, your voters are the bookstores non-readers. If they were willing to spend a buck, theyd still be subscribing to the Globe, right?
But the one thing Ive learned from my book signings is the customer is always right. That is, whatever the buyer wants you to inscribe in the book theyre wasting 22 or so bucks on, you owe it to them to comply.
Suppose Sal DiMasi comes up to you with a request to scribble in his copy:
To my pal Sal, who I believe will not be the speaker indicted in the current probation scandal.
You write that down on the title page, and then sign your name. Its true, at least as far as we know.
To Marian Walsh:
To the most qualified $175,000 no-show hack I never did hire.
To Doug Rubin:
I didnt see you, and you didnt see me. Repeat after me: Cognos WHO?
Good luck, Deval. Youre going to need it.
