Nah. That’s Northern CA. People walk around SF all the time like that SF is NOT Northern California. It is the Bay Area. Big, big, big difference. Northern California is the most conservative part of the state.

I'd bet that the San Joaquin Valley is more conservative. Nope. Fresno, most of Stockton and the East side of Bakersfield are huge Hispanic Democrat strongholds. There are other pockets up and down the Valley mostly related to the ag labor.
