You said:
Ask any kid who grew up in a military family how many schools they attended in different countries; sometimes in the same year. It can be the same for kids in families with international traveler parents like Ann Dunham.

My reply:
Ask any politician who writes a book, does he expect it to be fact checked? If, yes, is he careful with details?

If we all adopted your attitude, we could be easily duped into believing anything. I choose to be curious and investigate who or what I put my trust into.
BTW, I (and most people) can easily tell you the name of every teacher I had in each grade 1-8. It gets a little harder with high school as we had 6-8 different teachers per year. If I was writing a book about my life story, I don’t think I would play loose with where I attended school and even more so when the details included an exotic international education.

Yeah and every military brat who applied for a government job had to list each and every school and address and date accurately.

...Yet every court agrees with MY reading, and not yours. The Chief Justice did, or he would not have agreed to swear in Obama....

That in itself is a ridiculously false statement showing your credibility to be ZERO.

But do they have pictures of their classes available on the internet?

I have no problem at all with investigating to your heart’s content.

I have consistently called for both grand jury investigations and congressional investigations of Barack Obama’s past and his eligibility because both grand juries and congressional committees have subpoena power and can force the release of documents without Obama’s consent and they can compel witnesses to testify under oath. I think that would be great.

If you wrote a book, you have no idea until you get the gallies back what your editor would chop out to save money and pages.

Your statement is blatantly false.
1. Everyone does not agree with your reading, what case has heard the merits? What Congressman etc has heard the merits and arguments?
2. Roberts swearing in Obie does not mean he agrees with you. Are you on drugs to make that impossible leap of so called “logic” Try that at DU not here. Roberts is one person on the SCOTUS. Even if Roberts or other courts agreed with your “reading” that would not make a court decision. If Roberts disagreed with you you mean to say he would not swear in Obama? What is his authority to do such a thing? Please cite it. Roberts hasn't even required Sotomeyer and Kagan to recuse themselves when there is an actual conflict of interest in eligibility cases and you think he wouldn't swear in Obie if he thought he wasn't eligible? Ridiculous on its face.
Each court makes their own “reading” after hearing the facts of the case and argument. Precedents can and do change just as times and political climates change. The Roberts court has already overturned and refused to hear previous “precedents”.
Stick with what you know whatever that is.

If Roberts or any other Justice thought Obama wasn’t qualified, they could have spoken in private to a Congressman before the certification, and the Congressman could then have raised an objection in writing that the CONGRESS would be required to rule on.

They didn’t, and none did.

They could have taken any of the cases offered them - and do you REALLY think they wouldn’t if they believed Obama wasn’t qualified? It is a simple legal question: Is someone born in America with a foreign parent a natural born citizen?

And this has been discussed at length by the Supreme Court in the 1800s, and the WKA decision pretty much put all debate on it to rest. The filing against WKA makes a good argument that such a person is NOT a NBC. Frankly, I agree with the filing and with the dissent. I think WKA was incorrectly decided.

But it was decided, and has been influential for over 100 years. There has been doubt remaining about whether or not someone like McCain is a NBC, but not someone like Obama. And yes, McCain, as much as I dislike him, is 100 times the patriot that Obama is. Maybe 1000 times.

I do not agree with the WKA decision, but it is no use to pretend it doesn’t exist, and hasn’t influenced the law for 100+ years. It is NOT going to be overturned by the Supreme Court in order to remove a sitting President.

Every day, Obama gives proof that he should NEVER have held office. But it is folly to pretend there is a legal basis for overturning the election.
