Yes, but it also means that all members of the group are considered guilty, just because.

Palin will once again add a nuance to the English language that will be accepted by the Oxford English Dictionary and will make the left scream.

The Tea Party is not an ethnic group but Liberals described it and targeted it as “white.” So liberals are targeting a racial group - whites. They blamed Palin and the Tea Party for a spilling blood and that is a lie. Further they attempted to whip up public hysteria and hatred towards this group and advocated denying their constitutional rights based on a witch hunt. I think Palin using the term “blood libel” is valid.

yea, your right, she was speaking from their perspective of “White people”

That is the image they have been trying to paint for the American People of the tea party.

“Especially within hours of a tragedy unfolding, journalists and pundits should not manufacture a blood libel that serves only to incite the very hatred and violence that they purport to condemn. That is reprehensible.”

I think this is a very appropriate term & analogy to use, especially with the dimturds & their liberal partisan media hacks saying everything they can to throw more gasoline on the angry vitriol & rhetoric that libturds do constantly and hypocritically accuse conservatives of this.

Case in point is ex-Representative dimturd Paul Kanjorski, D-Pa., pens an op-ed in the New York Times today in which he calls for civility, yet on Oct 23 he declared "That Scott down there that's running for governor of Florida," Mr. Kanjorski said. "Instead of running for governor of Florida, they ought to have him and shoot him. Put him against the wall and shoot him".

I think Republicans should just be hammering the dimturds & the media with this type of angry rhetoric & threats used pretty much exclusively by the left.

I like the use of the term in this case.

Nothing wrong with calling it like it is.

I think it's an appropriate phrase. It's a "blood libel" in that liberals think conservatives are another mentality; another race.

Conservatives don't think that way. Liberals do. It's why slobs like Alec Baldwin can call for the stoning of Henry Hyde and death to his family, and he's rewarded with a TV show.

weird?

It is quite appropriate usage when the liberal media trys to resort to collective guilt and employing shameless tactics.

Well, it may not be used often, but it certainly applies here. The MSM is blaiming us for the death of a child and they know for a fact we had nothing to do with it.

I’m so sick of the faux outrage that the left is putting into her words.

Democrats and the media need to be called out on the shameful political opportunism and baseless accusations.

It needs to be pointed out how they’re so morally bankrupt that they would take advantage of the pain and suffering of the victims of this tradgedy.
