Does that mean if I axe-murder someone, but then become a Preacher, I can walk free?
How about all the taxpayer-funded assistance I got in order to accomplish survival? Do the taxpayers get their money back, with compounded interest?

a legislative Piven strategy. Clog up the works with this manure to prevent real work from being done.
