Thanks for posting such a heart-warming story. Just points out what a scumbag he is. If he makes a ton of money, I hope she gets her fair share for back child support.

“Kirtley had to go on the dole. “I still remember my case number,” she says ruefully.”

Sounds to me like the Taxpayers should be thanked

When you say I think this is going to blow up in everyone’s face. you are assuming "everyone" want him to succeed. 1/2 of the fun for these celebrity voyeurs is to watch their target fall apart and fail. See the tabloid coverage of Lindsay Lohan, Susan Boyle, teen moms, Jersey Shore idiots, etc..

This will play out exactly as was intended.

In spite of claims and on-air statements that attempt to influence viewers by The Today Show hosts Matt Lauer and Meredith Viera at NBC, there is more to Ted Williams than readers might actually see.

Matt Lauer and Meredith Viera on NBC's The Today Show make no mention of Ted Williams abandoning his NINE CHILDREN. In fact, Meredith Viera says QUOTE Everyone deserves a second chance UNQUOTE. Well, in some cases, some DO deserve a second chance, Meredith.

But Ted Williams has done considerably more a minor brush with the law once. Ted Williams has had some run-ins with the law that were considerably more than QUOTE a few other things UNQUOTE as Williams himself claims. In fact, Ted Williams has had much more than just a "SECOND CHANCE", Meredith. Ted Williams has had more than TWENTY CHANCES. The most recent was a July 2010 charge for criminal trespassing Williams received along with a likely prostitute, after store management had told Williams several times, to leave the store's property.

At the website The Smoking Gun Ted Williams has a convicted felon rap sheet that contains hefty criminal charges including ROBBERY, ESCAPE and THEFT and dates back more than TWO DECADES.

It's interesting and hopefully a lesson people will learn by, about 'How the MSM attempts to MANIPULATE viewers in spite of the truth'.
