Actually Atkins is full of fat.....bacon, cream, butter......
Dukan is low fat, low carb, no sugar. Lots of fiber and protein.
All I know is that I feel great, I look great, no more type 2 diabetes and a cholesterol level of 106.
Good for you. Finding the right diet can be very difficult, so it’s important to have different options. Some can only do a low calorie diet, which doesn’t work for me. On the other hand, I can’t do it without exercise.

Dang, you just can’t stop proving that Sir Arthur Conan Doyle was right. It’s like a compulsion or something. Give it a rest, for corn’s sake.
(Six weeks late to the thread, but) I have found after repeated experiments that if I stick to an Atkins diet, I lose about 2 lbs a week. If I add one apple... ONE APPLE to that diet I will gain back a pound. It's happened about four times. It's tragic because I love apples.
