You can be sure that his oath was quite different from yours.

Really???

BTW, I served in all three military branches. And I also had to take an oath to the U.S. CONSTITUTION, probably more recently than the defector N.S.!

As a proud owner of the Certificate of N550, it states: "Be it known that pursuant to an application filed with Secretary of Homeland Security, at: Miami, Florida The Secretary have found that: ("danamco") then residing in the United States, intends to reside in the United States when so required by the Naturalization Laws of the United States, and had in all other respects complied with the applicable provisions of such naturalization laws and was entitled to be admitted to citizenship, such person having taken the oath of allegiance in a ceremony conducted by the U.S. CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION SERVICES at MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA ON APRIL XX, XXXX that such person is admitted as a citizen of the United States of America!!

I doubt that your beloved dear leader, the illegal alien and usurper pResident has the same qualification to be a U.S. citizen at all.!!!

Would be interesting to know if YOU or even N.S. have a clue what is required to be a Permanent Resident Alien and go through the naturalization process, hello???

How's it feel to be a Military man and salute a Scumbag with foreign citizenship who hates America and pisses on the constitution? I'm curious.

Being a military man was and is a constant source of pride to me. As the the second half, I wouldn't know. I've never met Obama personally, or any other president under circumstances where I had to salute one. However, had the opportunity arose, I would have saluted out of honor and respect to the office if not the man holding it. As any good officer should.

Not only you have difficulty in reading the whole thing and the center piece of the Lt.Col. Lakin's heroic action, namely defending the Constitution...C O N S T I T U T I O N!

He can take comfort in that as he's cashiered and jailed.

If you ever were in the military (maybe doubtful?) seems you forgot that oath or the didn't presented it to you at the enlisting time, and/or it meant absolutely nothing to you!!

I was in the Navy for many years of commissioned service. My oath meant a great deal to me. All of it.

Your postings are nothing but cover ups for your dear leader, the illegal alien and usurper pResident you so very much are worshiping as a FINO on these threads and muddying up the real issue as distractions by cherry picking. Or more correctly you are nothing but a simple FIFTH COLUMner in sheep's clothing. And you have certainly earned that title or as in the Nordic: "Quisling"!!!

As opposed to your deranges postings?

You are right. The only ones who refused to give the Fascist salute in the years Germany and Italy where ruled by Mussolini and Hitler were Italian Anarchists, held on prison isles. Many were Sicilian.

ALL the military and uniformed service people saluted!

Your contempt for the U.S. military is duly noted.

Are YOU comparing the US military to the Nazis? I did not.

For my part I pointed out that ONLY Italian anarchists refused to salute Hitler and Mussolini, that all the German and Italian fascist-era uniformed people made certain to salute.

What do AMERICAN troops do?

Any of your postings on these threads never showed that, to the contrary!!!

You better study up on the Nuremberg trials, there you have the answer as to Lt.Col. Lakin's heroic actions compared to your weak-kneaded blindness???

If the scenario is like you describe, it just establishes that our Constitution is lacking relative to such a situation. I would not fear the Constitutional requirements.Instead looking at the cadre of personnel now in the Government,i.e. courts, congress and military, it seems impossible with these corrupted as they are that there could be a quick and clean turnover of government. Perhaps there are persons who would be in position to maintain Constitutional order but I don’t see any such person.

You seem convinced that Lakin was planning to commit some sort of war crime. Why is that?
