While so very true most independents want fiscal and economic responsibility and Hillary does not deliver this.Hillary can fool a lot but not enough to win; unless she uses ACORN err I mean the new militant black panthers.

What poll do you trust? The one that says your primary candidate is winning?

I agree that all of the GOP vs. Obama primary polls are off and guessing candidates but I would not name call the pollster I just realize it is too early to tell anything yet.

I’m sure we’ll find out soon now that the GOP has control of the House. The MSM will be all over it.

I hope that this ad does her in if she decides to run. It’s her Christmas ad from 2007. The only thing she didn’t promise was a chicken in every pot:

Unfortunately, if the economy were better, Obama’s numbers would also be better regardless of the loss of Liberty.

Half of the inhabitants are still willing Socialists or Communists.

That 39% includes the black vote that still supports him at around 95%. Where would he be without or even half of that?

With only half of that he would be about 6 points lower, so at 33% approval. But let's flip the script and say Obama's approval rating amongst blacks is the same as George Bush's was. That would put it at about 12%, meaning Obama's approval rating would drop 11 or 12 points. Can you imagine the media reporting that Obama has dropped to 27 or 28% approval? What that also illustrates is just how much a cushion Democrats always have in such matters. When a Republican is popular, you know he is REALLY popular. When a Democrat is unpopular, even if it's in the mid 40's, you know he is becoming QUITE unpopular. Interesting stuff to ponder.

Your lib friend is right. The left has never succeeded in actually instituting Communism. The steps are, Socialism until the time is right, and then a full Communist Utopia.

Of course, they will never succeed because, if you recall, Utopia means “everywhere” and also “nowhere.” Communism is just a joke that has gotten ‘way out of hand.

Sweet indeed. You know if the polls show 39%, it’s a lot worse than that, too. Hee hee hee.

Well, I’m sorry you want to defend Zogby, but we have been watching him here in the forum through the past three or four elections, and the man is a biased, accomplished liar.

Although his background is Palestinian Christian, he has long worked for the Palestinian Muslims, and his brother James has a connection with CAIR.

His trick was to fudge the numbers to favor his candidates, and then adjust them quietly on election eve, so he could boast about his accuracy.

I don’t favor nor like Zogby. I have no real input on Zogby either way. I just bunched Zogby in with all the polls, really.

I apologize, I was not aware of this. What poll were the political news shows all boasting about always being spot on?

If it is Zogby I was not aware of the manipulation.

What polls can anyone trust any more? Seriously.

Get Romney on camera and challenge him to defend his health care bill in Massachusetts. Who in the hell are they polling?

“many liberal Democrats start to desert 0bama because they consider him too wimpy, trying too much to be bipartisan, and roll over to Republican demands.”

I think that the liberals are disappointed because 0bama has not been devious enough. The Left thought that 0bama was clever like FDR-the great Leftist hero who almost became a dictator. The Left thought that 0bama would seduce the public with an affable personality and disarm his critics with charm. They hoped that 0bama would know when to seem moderate or conservative when presented with non-substantive issues as Clinton did with sister Solja. They thought 0bama would at least be seen as competent during the oil spill.

It’s a blessing that 0bama is not a skilled manipulator of public opinion. It’s 0bama’s lack of cunning and political instincts that the Left resents the most. Maybe they should have had a look at his college records and LSAT scores before giving him their party’s nomination.

I also think Romney is the only one that is known for sure to be running at least that is what I heard on a news show.

RomneyCare=ObamaCare

It was none other than Hillary Clinton who formally and formerly introduced Barack Obama to our nation..........

The Clintons and the Obamas are an anti-anti-communist tag team.........along with all their socialist/marxist/communist fellows.........

You are so right about conservative gullibility. Just as it led to the nomination of Romney’s father’s opponent in 1968, it will surely come Romney’s way in 2012. Republican primary votes know only to support the previous primary loser. They will be told they cannot take a chance on an unknown without experience.
