That’s going to be tough. Obama is naturally very conciliatory and non-partisan.

Great plan! If they can just hold out long enough, the rest of us idiots will wise up and see that they were right all a long. /sarc

“liberal activists have begun planning to push President Obama on a series of issues, demanding that he not cede any ground to Republicans.”.....
Great news!.....Exactly what I want!...Those whack left liberal activists out front leading the charge over the cliff!....constantly reminding Americans why they must vote republican!

I agree 100%. I want the president to stand fast on his decisions and own them. Anytime the republicans “work” with him that gives him an out, he doesn’t have to own it.

Excellent! Liberal illness lowers IQs, or maybe it requires a defective IQ to get liberal illness. Whatever, the best hopes of conservatives will be realized if Obamao chooses to ignore the lessons taught by Clinton. His ego is has the rest of him so flipped over to the left side that he may not be able to compromise.

When we said “Compromise”, we weren’t referring to ourselves.
Now pay your taxes, we need raises. :)

Yeah, no one sees this coming.
Tax cuts expire. For 2 years we hear nothing except how Republicans raised taxes on the middleclass.
I’m getting too old for this crap.

I hope that is their attitude. If it is we will trounce them even worse in 2012 than we did last week!

Pass the bill with ALL the tax cuts for EVERYONE and send it to the Senate. Then the Pubs can get on TV and call it "The Obama Tax increase of 2011"... Let's see what happens next... heh

In Congress Obama has lost a large number of moderate members. What remains is even more left wing. And isn’t it amazing, their members are older, estalblishment types. The GOP has a number of younger and exciting members (kind of a like a farm team for the big leagues). Another election cycle in 2012 like we had this year and it will be a long time before the rats can roll that momentum back.
