Jim Brown allegedly had a history of beating up women. The story was he threw a prostitute out a window in Cleveland. Somehow he remains a celebrity.

Whoda thunk that Meggett is pronounced Maggot in South Carolina?

I’m sure many of the felons in prison will be yelling:
“Look at that Little Megget Run” in their best Chris Berman imitation whenever a bar of soap is dropped in the shower.
To: Puppage
Maybe Mr. Maggot will do more years in jail than touchdowns scored. He has been a busy guy.

Several years ago there was book released entitled, “PROS AND CONS”. Looks like the writer of that book definitely hit the nail on the head! One of many reasons why I have given up watching the NFL - of course, if the NBA had to rely on me they would be off the air!!

Jim Brown allegedly had a history...Who? Never heard of him.

Somehow he remains a celebrity. You are surprised? Turn on CNN to watch ultimate slime bag Client 9 some time.

Look at that Little Megget Run in their best Chris Berman imitation As an Old Fart, I am authorized to tell you that it was Howard Cosell who ended his career with that line, on Monday Night Football. I know this because I heard him do it. |

I am pretty sure I read somewhere that Jim Brown paid off several women. I think he was charged with rape then the women refused to testify.

How did Howard keep his job after a comment like that? Maybe people weren’t as PC then, or just more forgiving.

Cosell was a liberal so he was allowed to keep his job after he apologized for his comments. The old MSM double standard at work.

It was Alvin Garret. Not Megget.

Cosell was talking about Micky Rivers and no, he did not keep his job. He was relegated to boxing only. He probably would have lost that too, but I suspect Ali, Frazier and Foreman would have made ABC very uncomfortable.
