Clark County (Las Vegas) heavily populated by Libs from So Cal and even in Northern Nevada, tons of Libs fleeing the Bay Area and moving into Reno, Carson City and Minden-Gardnerville. All this has happened over the last 15 to 20 years. On the the other hand, it doesn't get much more conservative than real rural Nevada.
