Plus, this implies that all gunmen are terrorists. It should specify there are millions of good gunmen around the world who are no threat to anyone.
This is one area that I didn’t understand about GW. He refused to acknowledge the Chechens as terrorists. Remember that school and that theater. I think that drove a wedge between him and Putin that couldn’t be remedied. jmo
