My dad who is a retired PHD didn’t want to believe that tax rates for all wage earners are going up in January when we discussed it a few days ago. If a smart guy like him is having trouble with this, imagine how most people will react. Thing is, Republicans should be sure they know before Novemeber 2nd.

I predict the PPT will pull the plug right after the election and then blame the republicans for the stock market dive. Mark my words!

I am telling anyone who has ears that we already know these taxes are coming because of Obama’s crappy policies so don’t be fooled when they try to blame republicans for it!

Think about it.

Evil President Bush cuts their Income Taxes by 33%.

Ten years later, their Messiah Obama raises their Income Taxes by 50%.

It it wasn't so sad, it would be hilarious.

The poor will never figure out what happened to them if history is any indication.

While accurate, the big problem with this is that it will occur after the Republicans (likely) take control of the House. The Dims, and their sycophants in the media, will spin it as it was the R's that raised the taxes on the "little people".

The typical Dim voter won't know that it was the expiration of the Bush tax cuts, which those legislators in their own party allowed to happen.

...She should have answered that one thing this economic nightmare has proven is how important jobs are not just to the individual but to society as a whole. ...

Fiorina would not do that. She never met a job that couldn't be outsourced or guest workered.

The new The New HP Way: World's Cheapest Consultants Way: World's Cheapest Consultants.

2004 "Ex-CEO Carly Fiorina signed the CompeteAmerica petition to Congress that asked for an increase in the H-1B limit because supposedly HP couldn't find enough Americans with college educations.

Carly is infamous among IT people who are concerned about off-shoring, guest workers, and illegal aliens (visa overstays who work through temp agencies).

Re: Algernon. You're the first one to ask that. Yes, that's where the name is from.

All data on the 1099 has to be confirmed so we have to now get social security numbers as well as tax ids from everyone.

Yeah I'm handing out my SS number like candy. I think a lot of 1099's are going to come up "no match" or to random valid SS numbers.
