I was one of the 27%.

In March of last year, it was time for a new vehicle. He had owned Jeeps, exclusively for 20 years. This time we went with the Toyota Venza. We told the owner why, and he said we weren't the first ones.

After 6 months, I don't regret the decision even one bit!

I was going to replace my current Tahoe with the newer body style. Then Zero came along and laid a big turn in Detroit (and Arlington). Thanks, but no thanks. I’m going to look elsewhere.

Me too. I have a Z-71 off road Tahoe ... do like the new one, but not a chance I'd even test drive it. I'm looking at the Nissan Armada ... geez THAT'S and SUV!

Well, I would at least hope these people opposed to GM will buy a car made in the USA to help an American family pay their bills.

I understand you sentiments, and I agree with one caveat: if the "American" family supports the leftist agenda and supports Obama, then they deserve NO help from me. They can't be an American and support communism.

This certainly applies to us. We have been GM people for decades....and recently bought 2 new Audi’s. We didn’t even walk onto a GM lot to look because we weren’t going to buy one under any circumstance.

I just bought a Sonata, made in the USA. I didn’t even look at a GM product but did consider Ford.

I agree. DO NOT BUY UAW! Which is why we wouldn’t consider Ford either.

I’ll go one further, last December I sold my GM car and replaced it with a non-union Japanese model as a direct response to the bail-out.

I just bought a KIA built in Georgia. My 2004 GMC will never be replaced with another. Also my two Jeeps are my last ones.

Glad to see the rest of America finally jumped on my bandwagon. Bought my last GM product in the late 90's. The biggest POS I ever owned.

Moved to Toyota products. Still driving as a work car my 1999 Camry with 249,000 miles on it.

Maybe I have put $1,500 in it besides basic maintenance and tires Still runs like a champ

I’m one of them too. Even if GM repays every penny, they are last on the list. Go Ford.
