Nice catch, but jeez you should read your Yahoo! emails.

507 unread emails?

"You are promoting the interests of the Democrats."

Yep, me, Karl Rove, Powerlineblog, Charles Krauthammer, the ENTIRE staff at National Review Online, Weekly Standard, Bill Kristol - We're all RINOs and you - a guy who thinks that Gerald Ford led all the polls in 1980 - is the one, true conservative.

When did stupid become a valuable commodity in self-described conservatives?

"I’ll be just as upset when you’re banished to WAnker Central with the rest of your ilk. Won’t be long I’m sure."

You'll still be playing with yourself, per usual.

There is no problem in the statement becasue the operative word is in the past—”dabbled”

Not dabbles.

Not promotes.

Not engages in.

Your indictment of her supposed “non-accomplishments” is similarly faulty. So, she’s just like Obama then, who had none your so-called list of what is an accomplishment.

Except that she actually is natural born, which Obama is not.

She can ACTUALLY BE eligible to be the President.

At least she had stayed off of unemployment for the last 20 years.

She meets all of the Consitutional requirements to run for the Senate. Don’t like that—blame James Madison, et al.

The real question is why YOU spend so much time trashing what you essentially think is a non-accomplished fruitcake?

“When did stupid become a valuable commodity in self-described conservatives?”

It is not. Your posts are evidence of that fact.

" When did stupid become a valuable commodity in self-described conservatives? "

Coincidentally, it seemed to occur at the precise moment you decided to start pretending you were one. Go figure.

The best-case scenario is that O'Donnell wins and that once sworn in she does exactly what Jim DeMint tells her to do and does not deviate in the slightest from her instructions.

The problem is that, much like Sanford, she is an unstable personality and something could go drastically wrong. She spent 5 years of her life suing an employer over gender discrimination - 5 years in which she was unemployed and basically spent all her time obsessing over the injustice of her firing. That kind of pathology is going to mean something.

.
Actions speak!

All that you have done here is directly and distinctly antichrist.

You flail against Palin, and O’Donnel specifically because they are solid, intelligent, well spoken Christian women that both have an excellent grip on all the issues.

Does this mean you're a troll too? Or, does it mean you don't have your head up your @ss? Whistling past the graveyard is NOT an endearing trait for conservatives. Too few don't understand that simple fact, apparently.

Larry Craig had a life-time ACU rating of 96. But, all the signs of his perverted behavior were there. But, they were ignored because he repeated the right lines. How did that turn out?

Now you’re comparing O’Donnell to Larry Craig. You’re ill, man. Get help.

when will sanity return?

From Powerline:
Maher says there is a lot more where that came from. Not coincidentally, I’m sure, O’Donnell’s staff today canceled her scheduled appearances on Fox News Sunday and Face the Nation tomorrow

When they start canceling shows its a bad sign

Sorry, a strong person by definition does not behave that way.

While I've never been fired for cause like O'Donnell was, I've lost a job in this downturn and spent 11 months pounding the pavement before finding a new position. It's humiliating and stressful, but when you have a wife and children to support you can't lie around in bed whining like a toddler or jawing with a shrink.

A little mental toughness, for goodness' sake.

And honestly, if any Democrat was running with a "resume" like O'Donnell's, that individual would be one of the main figures of fun on this forum. This is going to come back and bite us.

In my teenage years I also dabbled in the occult. I read books and subscribed to catalogs on witchcraft and voodoo. Like Christine O’Donnell I never joined any formal group associated with those beliefs.

Anyone who thinks such beliefs have not been actively promoted in this country is ignorant. I am not saying there is a “conspiracy” because most of this advocacy is quite blatant. There are websites, books, magazines, organizations, and conventions which promote occult beliefs and practices. Wicca, in particular, is lionized by feminists as a way for girls to “empower” themselves.

I’m not exactly sure why people think this video should disqualify Christine O’Donnell from elective office.

Is it because witchcraft is so evil (even though O’Donnell has repented of her involvement)?

Is it because anyone who has ever been involved in withcraft (even a brief association at a young age) is necessarily a lunatic? (There are many people involved in various aspects of the occult who are far from crazy.)

Honestly, if I had lived in Delaware I probably would have held my nose and voted for Castle for the strategic reason that a certain win for a Republican who votes conservative 50% of the time is better than a longshot candidate who will probably lose in a liberal state.

Nonetheless, all of this dumping on O’Donnell by the liberals and the RINO establishment is actually making me like her more. She may not be the strongest candidate, but she seems like a woman of sincere conviction. I usually don’t contribute to candidates who don’t have a good chance of winning, but I am considering giving money to O’Donnell just to flip the bird to the slimy liberal establishment.

Someone already did that on that very thread and blew your sorry little excuse for an argument right out of the water.

Now, I can't speak with reasonable certainty over the unemployment span and the meaning. However, five years in a lawsuit is unfortunately more common then not, especially in employment law. Swift justice is a fallacy. Regarding, the obession over the injustice, an attorney will make sure you are constantly in the game regarding your suit requesting the same information and more information over and over again through filing, to discovery, to interragatories, to depositions, to mediation, to the end. They have a vested interest in your pain and, dare I say, a continuous suffering.
