AL Frankin got a total pass in the MSM and he did everything.

Newly faithful in some sectors tend to exaggerate their past lives before conversion to somehow elevate their own testimony as being super special (and in some cases, more marketable). She was going for dramatic effect and now its come back to bite.
I actually don't doubt that she was as promiscuous and alcoholic as she said she was, and I don't doubt that she dabbled in satanism. It would have been dumb of her to pretend she didn't sleep around or get drunk or whatever, since the media would have dragged it out eventually.
She was 19, 20, 21 years old. Many of us voted for and supported George W. Bush even though he was arrested for drunk driving and subsequently lost his driver's license for two years at the age of 30. It would be incredibly hypocritical for somebody who supported Bush to look down upon O'Donnell for her actions at such a young age.
In my view, anybody not liking O'Donnell for getting drunk or sleeping around or dabbling in satanism is probably just looking for an excuse to not like her. There are reasons to not like her or to not support her, but these are merely easy excuses that aren't hard to defend, and those criticizing her over it are taking the easy way out.

Lack of political experience doesnt bother me much. Lack of practical experience in running a business and/or creating things of value does.
While the other stuff are merely excuses for not liking her, this is a valid reason to not like her. If I were a small business owner in Delaware, I would be worried about her ability to represent me. I've been looking at some of the people around her, and maybe I'm missing a few people, but she doesn't seem to have a large amount of people with good business sense around her. I think that is probably what led to some of the financial issues that happened in her personal life as well as her brief political life.
As you said though, the RINO and the democrat aren't going to be able to do any better.
