Ahmed Mohamed Nasser al Soofi, left, and Hezem al Murisi, were taken off a United Airlines flight in the Netherlands and have been charged by Dutch police with "preparation of a terrorist attack," according to a U.S. law enforcement official. (ABC News)

I would also suspect these two are related. Look at the faces from the nose down, the width of the face, the angles of the lips, chin and the creases on the side of the nose.

If they have been cahrged with preparing for a terrorist attack, I’m very curious to hear more details, like the logistics, weapons and targets involved.

I've heard that full body shaving is sometimes performed before "martyrdom" operations. Of course, we can't tell that from the photo, but it would be a poor interrogator who didn't look for this.

In addition, officials said, al Soofi was found to be carrying $7,000 in cash and a check of his luggage found a cell phone taped to a Pepto-Bismol bottle, three cell phones taped together, several watches taped together, a box cutter and three large knives. Officials said there was no indication of explosives and he and his luggage were cleared for the flight from Birmingham to Chicago O’Hare.

I would NEVER fly from Detroit to Amsterdam for ANY reason. They took off from Chicago just to throw the TSA off the trail, IMO (taking tinfoil hat off;) And if I’m suddenly seized with the desire to wander around old buildings and eat cheese with people who don’t speak English, I’ll take an ocean liner;)
